[JAWSLite] Attachmate Extra

Hi folks, is anyone using JAWS 7.1 XP with Attachmate Extra version 8?
If so are you encountering any issues?

I am running into an issue where a client can be in the middle of a
screen and using a down arrow suddenly finds that she is in the context
menu. If escape is done to get out of the menu then the place where they
were prior to the context menu has been lost and they have to
re-navigate the screen again.
Let me know.
