try pummeling them, make an E mail, save it to somewhere you can get to other than in outlook, when you go to send it, just open it and hit control f to forward a copy, then alt tab and remove the fw: or fwd: from the subject and send it to them every week, non stop, once a week, or even up to once a day, you avoid being called a spammer that way, and you may get something, since as it's said "the squeaky gear gets the oil" and if several are doing this, the more the better. . Me too on  both accounts.  When I brought it Freedom's attention, they
didn't even respond.  There are a number of issues with Windows Mail under
Vista that they have yet to address as well.  I just make sure I'm extra
careful when deleting mail.

you're not interested in, only to have it read the next message subject as
though it was the message that you deleted?
You have to open the message, only to find out that if you'd deleted it you 
would have deleted another message.
