[JAWSLite] Accessible video transfer

(I hope this is in line, Bruce)
 

Some time ago there was a posting for a device that allowed some one to
convert a VHS video tape into a digital format in the computer.  I cannot
remember if it was a program or a hardware device.  Does any one know of a
method that is accessible to JAWS for doing this?
