Version 8 is not speech friendly at all.  I did manage to install it but I
got a warning about uninstalling an unregistered program.  I don't think
there will be a free version of version 8.

Especially for those who are paying for the package, I would expect that
we'd be getting messages about it if it was an issue.  My 7.5 updated this
morning on schedule so until I get a message to do something else from them,

AVG 7.5 is updating just fine here.  Some people may just be getting
confused about the new version.  I haven't heard anything  about AVG 7.5 not
being supported yet.  I think everyone needs to just relax and see what
happens.
