[JAWSLite] ADMIN: Minor Rule Change

I have made a slight addition to the list rules to which you agreed when
you signed onto the list. Your continued presence on the list indicates
your acceptance of this change. All I did was add test messages to the
list of messages that are not permitted on the list. The specific rule
in question now reads as follows:

� Absolutely no test messages, polls, surveys, announcements,
virus alerts, or attachments. Product and service announcements will
sometimes be approved, on a case-by-case basis, if approval from the
list administrators is first sought.
