[JAWSLite] A question about Jaws 8 and Internet Explorer 7.

Hi,
I want to know, if someone has made a guide for setting up Explorer 7 optimally with Jaws 8?
For example I think it's a pain in the ... to always have to tab over diverse toolbars and stuff. On afew pages it's hard to tell, if you're in the contents of the page, or somewhere else. I don't think I need tabbed browsing, but on the other hand I can live with it. 

I can't find anything in the manual about optimizing Explorer with Jaws.
