[jaws-uk] word queries

Hi all,
Just now, I have been reading through an attachment, line by line by
pressing the down arrow key but at one point, I noticed that when I pressed
the down arrow key,JAWS simply kep repeating the same line which became
rather annoying.
I hit the escape key and also the insert key to try to stop this but it
happened again a few lines down the page.
I wondered why this was and is there a quick way of sorting this glitch out.
The reason for repeatedly pressing the down arrow key was that I was reading
the info onto a tape. Normally when reading a document, I would press
insert and the down arrow.
Also on the subject of word, I have found for a long time now thath when
opening a word document of any kind, it takes an age to launch and I wonder
why this was and if there is a way round this as it can get rather time
consuming.
