[jaws-uk] Re: unwanted synbol

Hi
This is probably the office assistant.  In Word,, go the the 'Help' menu
then arrow down until you hear 'Hide the Office Assistant', then press
enter.

I can't help, iI'm replying to keep the thread alive.
Is this that cursed "office assistant" so often vilified?  I don't use Word 
XP so don't know about cures.
