[jaws-uk] Re: unwanted synbol

I can't help, iI'm replying to keep the thread alive.
Is this that cursed "office assistant" so often vilified? I don't use Word XP so don't know about cures.

hi all

just yesterday, well i think, it could have been there longer, at the bottom right of my screen there has appeared a symbol in the shape of a little figure. this figure keeps trying to give me tips or hints, however i think it is interfering with the speech.
