[jaws-uk] Re: tool bar

I've just been playing about using the jaws training key and discovered that
insert + f8 brings up the tool bar.

the jaws keystroke insert f10 brings up a list of running programs similar
to what you would find on the taskbar.

Comparing taskbar and toolbar is probably like comparing a marsbar with a
milkiebar. they are both bars and you can select things on them but their
roles are quite different.

Toolbars appear in many programs between the menu and the main application
window and usually they contain shortcut icons to tasks that people
regularly perform e.g. print, open file, copy paste etc.

Hi Andrew,

You need to press control, escape which brings up the start menu, and then
press escape again. This will take you to the start button, from which you
cantab to the task bar. Once in the task bar, you can use the right and
left arrow buttons to run through the programmes you have open.. Once on
the programme you want, you just press enter to get straight back into it.

Regards,

Maggie
