Paul, you could only do that once the emails are outside outlook express. You need first to get them out, and the way I've explained to you is the way to do it. There is no quicker way.

Subject: [jaws-uk] the spam Emial has gone

Hi all,

Tonight, I managed to get rid of the problem spam Email but don't udnerstand
why suddenly I could get rid of it tonight.

I am glad it's gone but the problems are not quite over as I stil intend
copying all my Emails to my external hard drive.

I have been told of a much quicker way of doing this by selecting each email in any folder and then selectign control C to copy and hten go to the folder
and paste the selected Emials.

Unfortunatley I am not abel to do this and would appreaciate any advice on
this.

It would seem that this can be done withh outlook but perhaps not outlook
express.

I have around 1400 Emails to transfer and the thought of having to copy them
all individually sounds ratehr long winded and very time consuming.

Any help on this would be apreciated.

Also, I am stil having to press shift delete to delete each mesage which is
of course dleteing everytihing in my deleteds items folder.

Will have to get outlook looked at when the sighted assistance bothers to
turn up.

Regards

Paul.
