You  say you do not know the facts but  some are on this page. If Eric 
Damery was consulted as  an " old friend  of #  and he gave an opinion have 
you looked at it? Have you looked at  the observations  from will Pearson 
of that observation and have you  that it seems to be at odd with a 
information I have been given by  the sales Director.. I was so happy after 
talking to Bryan Carver of the 13th  of January  just after his co couple 
weeks off and whathe told me I did tell Michael Schall and  Michael hasn't 
answered me and by now I know  Michael Schall  good decent Michael, and he 
showed real integrity I can  guess and I think I am right in this that is 
Michael didn't answer me   delighting my please  at told  it would-be looked 
at by Eric Damery and  Dr Lee Hamilton. Knowing Michael I can guess he  has 
not replied to this  as he  can  guess  I am not going to get an answer.. 
Sad still one  really honest man who  put a client first even over and above 
his job   did give a little faith back . If the facts are know about a 
product only think of the  suffering  that coulld have been  save all 
around. If you ask  the position re back screen settings you may even get an 
answer unless of course it is company  policy never to  admit a problem  . 
unless they intend to do a fix forit. anyway it is nice to see your  partner 
other half and the dogs and the page   adds the human  touch. Dorothy
