[jaws-uk] realplayer query

Hi all,

I regularly listen to various BBC programmes and other sites which require
realplayer.

Recently I have noticed that when I launch realplayer, an extra box comes up
which is a realplayer update and invites you to do just that.

Well, I have tried but I can't seem to update realplayer and just wondered
if anyone else could tell me how I might do this.

Also I think this extra box has been causing problems when using realplayer
such as JAWS being silenced or even JAWS crashing and losing all sound and
so having to switch back on again.

Using Windows ME and JAWS version 5.
