Dorothy,
I am very sorry you are having so much difficulty. I have often wondered how some one with no or little computer experience with a visual impairment could get into using a computer considering all the pit falls, some of which you mentioned in your email. Before I started having trouble with my hearing I did a little bit of training of Jaws and I did this for free. I don't think many people do this unfortunately. I myself was lucky in that respect.

I know you are very frustrated and I really don't know how to console you. I should probably start by apologising for asking if English was your first language. As I read down your emails and the replies it became clear that your problem was with Jaws in outlook. I have another idea which I will mention shortly in a following email.
