[jaws-uk] outlook address book query

hI ALL,

a FRIEND OF MINE HAS A QUERY AND WONDERED IF ANYONE COULD HELP PLEASE.

bASICALLY HE HAS A NUMBER OF e-MAIL ADDRESSES IN HIS OUTLOOK ADDRESS BOOK
WHICH HE PUTS THERE WHEN REPLYING TO MESSAGES.

MOST TIMES, THE PEOPLE'S NAMES APPEAR AS FIRST NAME FOLLOWS BY SURNAME BUT
HE HAS AT LEAST TWO WHEREBY THE SURNAME COMES FIRST.

i HAVE CHECKED MY ADDRESS LIST AND i HAVE AT LEAST ONE e-MAIL WHERE THE
SURNAME COMES FIRST.

My friend wonders if this can be corrected in any way.

I should point out that the addresses concerned are for employees of our
local borough council and so may have something to do with the way their
E-mail system is set up.

Any help would be useful.

Sorry that most of this is all in capitals but have had a slight problem
with my machine.
