Hi Rashmi,

The first tab of the address details is read-only.

You need to press control+tab to cycle through the other tabs which allow you 
to alter the various types of contact information.

For example, to reach the field to enter phone numbers etc. you will need to 
press control+tab twice then tab through the address fields and a few others 
until you reach the phone number, pager and mobile fields.

Once you have entered all that you need to, tab to the ok button and press 
enter.

  I use jaws 11 with outlook express 6.00.2900.5512 and windows xp, after 
adding sender to the address book, try to edit by typing phone number or other 
details, not allowing to do so.  Please help.
