Hi,

A slightly less quick way of getting rid of greater-than signs is to use a
utility like Email Stripper. You select the entire text (ctrl+A) then drop the
text into a field in Email Stripper and read the result.

Email Stripper can be obtained from www.papercut.biz/emailstripper.htm or via
the Download link on Tom Lorimer's Whitestick page (www.whitestick.co.uk).

On the other hand, Phil's temp. solution is quicker and less labour-intensive.

Regards,

Norman

  Hi Roger,

As a temporary adjustment in order to read a particular message, you could
use JawsKey+v to invoke the temporary verbosity settings. Press the letter p
until you get to the punctuation setting and press the space bar to change the
option to some or none then tab to close and enter.

The some option usually works for me.

  HTH,

  Phil Medway.
