Paul,

I have a 6630 with talks so this may or may not help you.  If you press the
talks key folllowed by the number 0 it will toggle the training mode.  So,
in your current state, press talks and then press 0 and it should say
"training mode is no".

I hope this sorts it out for you.

Hi all and apologies for the slightly off topic nature of this message.

I have the Nokier 6600 with Talx and today I switched on as usual and locked
my keypad.

Tonight when I came to use it I found that my phone was in what appears to
be in training mode whereby if you press a key on the front of the phone it
will just either announce numbers or say what else the key does.

I can't get rid of this and it is driving me mad plus I can't immediately
put my hands on the box containing the disc.

So, could someone please E-mail me off list and explain how I can get out of
this training mode and more to the point, how I can prevent it from
happening again.

Again sorry this is off topic but hope someone can help.
