What I do is, go to the System Tray with Insert-F11, pick the item I
want, i.e., Windows update, then tab three times to 'double click' on it
and then hit enter.  Then enter a dialogue, tab to install and hit
enter.

I have tried that but not getting any where but I will keep trying
