[jaws-uk] language query

Hi all,

For some time now, I have had trouble changing my language setting.

For some reason, wehn I go to the appropriate section in tools and options, 
I am only abel to select from one language, namely french.

Please could someone tell me how I can go about selecting the correct 
language i.e. english.
