mine cycle through us english, british english, french and belgium french, I think it has to do with how you set up Windows when you instal it and the same goes for Microsoft office. I use Fine Reader as my OCR and have these languages installed on there as well. This might play a part in it as well.

Dear Marie, In my case, I can only change between US and British English. I cannot access French, Spanish nor German and they are all in the word recognition language box.
