[jaws-uk] jaws and call centre software?

Hello again,

I wonder if someone out there has ever worked in a call centre setting using 
 I am currently on a call centre course where I will be required to use a 
software called nice.  The college has jaws 8 on its network.
My question is, how accessible is call centre software and if it is not, can it 
be scripted?
