[jaws-uk] Re: inbox query

It might be worth your trying the following.

1. press the alt key.
2. Right arrow twice to the view box.
3. Down arrow to sort by sub menu.
4. Right arrow once, then arrow up till you get to the received box, if this box is unchecked, press the space bar to check it, then press the alt key, to bring you back to your list of Emails. 

Hopefully this will bring your in coming Emails to the top of your inbox.

HI all,

Over the past day or so, I am finding that whenever I open outlook, I am
not
taken to the start of the new Emails which have come in.

Instead, I am taken to the top of my list of Emails and so I have to go
down
the list before coming to the unread messages.

This is a little annoying and so could anyone please tell me how I can
correct this so that in future I land on the first unread message when
launching outlook.

I wonder if this relates to the fact that I am getting a "view Applyed"
message after presssing insert 3 on the numpad when in outlook.
