[jaws-uk] inbox query

HI all,

Over the past day or so, I am finding that whenever I open outlook, I am not 
taken to the start of the new Emails which have come in.

Instead, I am taken to the top of my list of Emails and so I have to go down 
the list before coming to the unread messages.

This is a little annoying and so could anyone please tell me how I can 
correct this so that in future I land on the first unread message when 
launching outlook.

I wonder if this relates to the fact that I am getting a "view Applyed" 
message after presssing insert 3 on the numpad when in outlook.
