[jaws-uk] in coming emails hiding

I had the following problem once before, and I can't remember how to rectify 
the situation. Please can someone be kind enough to help, and remind me how to 
rectify the problem?

When receiving in coming Emails, where the same subject is being used, such as 
would be on this group or others.  The answers are being hidden behind the 
initial Email, and not coming in as Emails in their own right.

The only way I am able to read them is by deleting the top Email, but it has 
been known to delete the messages behind it at the same time as well.

Does anyone have any idea how I can resolve this?
