thanks for that terry.  glad you managed to get JAWS working and it is good 
to know that the N120 can be suggested for those needing good sound built 
into the PC.

It was me that had the initial problem, but it turned out to be a corrupt 
download of jaws.  I redownloaded it, and it installed just fine.

\the speakers are excellent when working with jaws, and I don't find the 
need to have external speakers attached.

  a pair of portable usb speakers such as the V22 from Logitech could be 
used but some would appreciate the better sound and be prepared to live with 
the extra size but I would not want to suggest it if screen readers have 
difficulty working on it.
