[jaws-uk] faceing a sivear problem with jaws 13.0.1006

hi i am now really fedup of this i have tried everything i could to
solve this but i cant please help me.
1. when i start my computer jaws starts but there is no speach from
jaws i get all system sounds even nvda starts properly i have tried
uninstalling and reinstalling jaws but it didnt help i upgraded to
latest jaws but it was uptodate even repair didnt work how do i solve
this? i cant even go to jaws menus if i press alt from the jaws window
system menu opens
