Hi Francis
If you open your address book (Shift+Control+B), tab until you get to the
list of addresses, Arrow done until you find the one you want and then
press
Enter. Under the Summary Tab, tab until you get to the Edit Box which
contains the email address, this is the first box after the Summary Tab is
announced. Then press Control+A to select the address and Control+C to
copy
it. Close down the address book and in the body of your message, press
Control+V to paste in the address.
Someone else might have a quicker and simpler way of doing it, but this is
the method I use.
Babs
