Hi Barry, Yes I have looked in the system tray, however, as I said in reply to another message on this thread, I can not tell the difference in the system tray between my current PC suite entry and the entry for the balloon . My next questions are the following: 1. How can I tell the difference between my current PC suite entry on the system tray and the entry for the balloon? 2. Once I can tell the difference, how do I click on the balloon? Thank you all in advance for your help.
