[jaws-uk] cure wanted for all the irritating things in one Email

Dear List,
Can some clever person give in 1 email perhaps in time for the New year a fix for the following please. I do know they have been covered by the odd Email here and there in the past. However if an all in 1 can be composed and in detail That would be a lovely gift. 

1 how to stop Read only edit.
2 how to remove greater than symbols  across all programmes.

3 How to turn off the Mouse over  for good.
As for that email stripper thing someone told me to download, how do you use the darned thing. Regards and Happy Christmas.
