[jaws-uk] contact details at end of message in O E.

Hello everyone,
can some kind person tell me how to display contact details like m s n name, 
skype name, mobile number etc. at the end of a message in Outlook Express 
please? without typing them out each time you send a message?

I have X P Home, and Jaws 4.51.
