[jaws-uk] apostrofy

hi all

another problem,

when typing an e mail or in word and using an apostrophe jaws actually says apostrophe, I don't know whether or not it has been put in between the letters or not, but as I say it just says the word apostrophe where the apostrophes should be.

I am sure it's just some thing to do with the punctuations settings, could some one please tell me how to correct this.
