Your JAWS 10 installation should be unaffected by any merge with JAWS 11 in the same way as if you copy files from one folder to another, the files in the folder from which you are copying are unaffected. Your JAWS 10 dictionary will be copied if you do a merge.

Hi all, I have just installed Jaws 11 today, but as I said to Will in Support at Sight and Sound, I want to keep Jaws 10 on the system so that I can switch between that and version 11. My questions are the following: 1. if I merge the settings from Jaws 10 with Jaws 11, do the settings remain in Jaws 10 for the times when I am using it, or do the settings move to version 11? 2. If I've added words to the Jaws dictionary in version 10, are they copied to jaws 11 if I decide to merge my Jaws settings? Thank you in advance for your replies.
