Can you describe a little more what you mean by "Cover Sheet". Do you
mean the document properties which can be included at the start of
printing?

Click borders and shading on the format menu.
click page tab borders.select option that you want.
Then apply and click ok.
I think this is right way of doing this. if not some else will
give you the right info.
