Sorry to hear you are having such problems with your computer.  I hope it 
gets sorted soon.  I think the Kernel 32 dot DLL was a problem I had with my 
old computer a long time ago now.  Dll is a file type.

Fraid I don't always remember or am able to think of a bit of text after my 
name.  Usually this is called a signature file if it's always the same as it 
can be entered in OE under tools and options and then control tabbing to the 
signature file tab.
