Well she could get a dodgy version of office 2003. Notn at all legal I know but if she's paid for a later version of office, then such a step is morally justifiable though it is almost certainly not legal. If she is new to JAWS, and she has a legit version then she should be up to date. She may as an alternative want to consider NVD\\\\\\\a as it works well with office programs including outlook 2003 which would be a good email client to use. Thunderbird etc? Hi I have a colleague who has a notebook with Windows 7, Jaws 11.0.1447 and Office 2007. She is new to Jaws having been using Zoom Text before but now wants to use Jaws. She wants to access her Hotmail email account but Hotmail online is very hard to use. She has tried Outlook 2007 but again this is hard to use and I don't think it works properly with this version of Jaws. A few questions: 1. She's thinking of installing Office 2003 instead and I'm not sure if she'll be able to do this without paying for it. 2. What alternative email client could she use? The ideal would be Outlook Express but of course this is no longer available with Windows 7. What about Mozilla Thunderbird, does this work OK with Jaws? Or is there another alternative? We would be very grateful for any help, thank you very much.
