Your local outlet will tell you the minimum  you can spend it seems to 
depend on the area in which you live as does how often they deliver.

Some areas have a weekly delivery but, my area forinstance has a delivery 
every two weeks.

When you have ordered and gone to checkout, there is an edit field where you 
can type in any special instructions.  There you can put that, you would 
like help placing the food in the freezer so that, you know where different 
meals have been placed.  You won't mistake a dessert as they are smaller 
than the meals.
