[jaws-uk] WebbIE query

Having had increasing trouble with the BBC iPlayer - it now won't play at all - I have downloaded WebbIE from www.webbie.org.uk. Have just tried to run it and got the message "c:\WebbIE3-Installer is not a valid Win32 application". 
Any suggestions?
