Hi I have been refurbishing a laptop for a customer and friend who is blind. I have installed a newly purchased version of Jaws 7.10 which I have upgraded to V7.10.500U. I am getting persistent calls on reload to install Video Intercept Manager. I do, and it says it has installed and will not reboot. I have checked the Freedom Scientific Knowledge base and followed the recommendations, i.e. check for dual display drivers - I have only one installed to my knowledge; Try uninstalling and reinstalling - I have several times; download the latest upgrade - I have done. I have sent various emails to FS support in the US and Europe and had no replies. My customer is get desperate as he needs his laptop back so that he can do his new job. I am an IT specialist (have my own business) but with no experience with Jaws. The system information is below; please can someone help with this issue as soon as possible. I a reluctant to do a total system format and build.
