[jaws-uk] Val trouble with weightwatchers site

You could email Robin Christopherson at Abilitynet I know this is his area of
special attention. Abilitynet will put you through Robin is a Jaws User also.
re DDA you will need patience. In order to help as not all people I know
locally and elsewhere will be able to learn from Scratch a computer or screen
Reader I make the Banks put things on Audio tape. One bank I am having a
problem with is ING Direct. so far DDA or DRC have lost all mail and my
complaint found in Stratford Branch lost in Manchester Branch found again and
worn me out. You have six months and one day to lodge complaint from day you
put it on. I have had success with Intelligent Finance and Barclays and Egg
but ING Direct Direct more or less told me to take a running jump or read
Braille or bold print I said my preferred format is and stuck to it. I then
tell them the RNIB will put it on tape or TNAUk as the letter is faster and
very good it gives them much needed business. You need the second Tel No of
TNAUk the business on make them do it. I do My local Authority actually wanted
their Council Tax so badly they brought it up by hand! Southern Water will do
it South Eastern will not, am waiting for the Bailiff Ha! since we have had a
hosepipeband for 2 years and taking the road up they flooded my store-room as
the Stopcock shot off the wall. I shall pa only when they comply. actually
they arenot allowed to cut you off. They are lucky I didnot claim damages for
the damage they did and coveredme with muddy water. What ismore is this Town
is bbuilton Springs, discovered four hundred years ago this month. Lord North
did that. dorothy
