Hi The official line is not that jaws does not support Lotus Notes. There are scripts installed as of jaws 6.20 which support Lotus Notes really quite well. I have a great deal of experience in working with Lotus Notes and jaws because lots of companies and organisations use it, and while I often tweak the scripts so that they perform better than the default, hey are usable as they stand.
