Windows messenger allows users to chat to each other is not a piece of 
software you need to worry about in terms of it taking over your PC.

As for a license agreement you need to tick a tick box marked I accept the 
terms and conditions before you can continue.  Press tab to explore what 
options are there.

If you are installing acrobat make sure you do not install yahoo tool bar as 
this is vial spyware and is something you should be worried about if you 
value your privacy.  Spybot should remove this malware on sight!
