[jaws-uk] Update problem

I have it also. normally I am quite good at the downloads. I have both Jaws 7 and 8 fully patched on my Home desktop and laptop. I carried out the instruction. I got into help, then heard something about activating the Product. well that mustbe wrong Jaws is activated. I thought as I have a Wireless connection I would see to the desktop first,as the laptop going via the wireless will be slower.
can anyone tell me once I get into Help hear Training get to Activate what I have done wrong. Better still how big is this download? Is it a fix? I mean a patch,if so what does it fix? If it is vitally important I will keep trying but I The Kurzweil patches are so simple to check for,how come Jaws isn't. Perhaps its a fix for the sappy voices? Daniel and Emily in Kurzweil 22Hertz are hard to stop once they get going, I am not sure why you have no means of halting them all the normal tricks do not work. even that 3 fingered thing you love so much maybe a fix for something I do not use like braile
