[jaws-uk] Re: Update and laptop and settings

I can't see why you should have needed to enter your Jaws serial number
the first time - these things don't normally need it. But if it's like
the previous update, a lot of people had to do a Jaws repair before they
could get that.

As for yur Winpatrol... Well, if you get a dog, you've got to expect it
to bark when a possible intruder tries to get in, and the dumb beast
doesn't know that in this case you want to let the thing in.
So, if you want the eextra security, you have to put up with the
inconvenience.

Dear List I sent the others Posts last night and have tried this
morning to
get in update on laptop No luck, it says Please wait then it has a
problem
contacting FS, it did not ask for my 20 digit number, I had thought of
removing the AVG or weakening the Firewall but heard on the radio this
morning a warning about a worm maybe I should have mentioned this on its

own, it sounds rather evil kind of worm so I shall just be satisfied
I
got it on Ok on Desktop, it cannot be Winpatrol as Jaws overcame that on

Desktop after the initial bark and asking for permission to let it in.
