[jaws-uk] Re: Update Problem

Thanks Pete.

I have a feeling that there is a firewall somewhere blocking this but I can't 
find the details of how to allow Jaws to be updated.

Think I'll need some sighted assistance.

  After reading your message I checked for updates and found that there was a 
new one, version 8.0.2173, so I installed it and it came down ok, so it could 
be that FS were changing things over at the time you tried, so I recommend you 
try again.

    I've updated in the past with no problems. However, this time I get the 
usual blurb about waiting for Jaws to check for updates, and then nothing. I 
leave it there till I shut down the computer.

    Is this my problem or a problem with FS do you think?
