however I got bogged down in too many links News and more news but not the
Stripper you mentioned.  Never mind will find another day. The keys you say
keyboard set to American or English, what is the difference? I am  cheating
now as it is easier for me I have plugged a full  keyboard into Toshiba
laptop. . However I  was once told by someone when I was doing something
cannot recall what  " you must always use the left Control key. I asked why
if I have 2 surely they are both as good,he said they were not. Whatever he
was telling to do was too hard to do with left hand as it involved using too
many  keys in a difficult way, I stick like glue you see the  Home keys as
when I typed I did this.  on the other hand I was told by another chap that
the alt  to the right of the  spacebar is a combined key but for the life of
my I cannot recall in which situation he  said " Ah now you can use it" I
asked a lady who I paid for a couple of lessons and she said of that key  "
no idea never found use of it" so you see. someone will know. I suppose
soon I must  give up full keyboard and take to the laptop and hope I do not
muddle the F Function  Dorothy     Ps I think the key to the right of
spacebar is both a Control and Alt maybe it was used to Zip something now I
come to think back. I do hope  when I get my Jaws seven and Sma in ten days
will  many things be different I only ask as this list is full  of people
complaining tat now wit  save they cannot do something they cold with 5 or 6
Shouldn't an upgrade make things easier?  If not break it tome gently.keys
 Now why did Jaws do that? jump. re American keyboard do you mean that  some 
keyboards are American or you set it in a certain manner? keys.
