Dear Dorothy and list:

When you have a message mostly or exclusively for the benefit of
Andrew or someone else, you would be best to send it to them
privately and spare the rest of us on the list from having to
read the message.

I expect many list participants  are sympathetic to your computer
woes, but the focus of the list is JAWS, not Kaspersky, AVG and
other programs.
