yes Andrew thank you this by the way is the laptop I have run Belark
advisor and gathered all the information you need and sent it out as an
attachment it was quite large, I am not sure how far back you can do a
system restore remember I have the external Western digital bac up on since I 
think June and I think the full system scan  performed at Midday both scans
the external Hd also,  wonder if  trojans can penetrate the  External Drive,
I know you are out now, but if anyone on the list knows how far back you can
do a system restore please can you reply thanks Dorothy
