Don't know if I quite understand what you mean about making a text box but
am I mistaken in thinking that text boxes in MSWord are pretty much
inaccessible?  I get sent documents at work formatted with text boxes and
have great difficulty with them.

Hi Andrew,
One way would be to make a text box to your given size on a word doc and
lock the aspect ratio so it would not change size, then write your text
within then print, if you need instructions how to do this get back to me.
