Well I am wondering how anyone gets a call back an answer to an Email over
a period of now weeks. I know KAB Association for the Blind have
accepted their quote and asked them to deal directly with me. So far the
only time they acted fast is when I paid for the JAWS upgrade meanwhile I
have phoned spoken to a Tracy Shaun Rushton Dave Lane. Tracy said I
would-be called back. now for the last 2 days as Greg in on holiday I have
been trying to get hold of our IT Manager to see if he can phone them The
IT manager gets messages and has not called me back I am just as wise as I
was weeks and weeks ago. This is my experience. My emails would show the no
of Emails and my up I have an update regarding Engineers mistake will keep
separately.hone bill the calls. Dorothy So if anyone is looking at this
list maybe Brian Hartgen when when when are you coming?
